Hadley Brake accommodation is a self contained, exceptionally spacious, well equipped and very comfortable bed and breakfast in Sheringham on the North Norfolk Coast in a peaceful and tranquil location.  Hadley Brake B&B can sleep up to 4 people.

We have a lovely lounge with French doors leading onto your very own unique, sunny Courtyard Garden with seating area.  There is also a handy kitchenette.  We have a large double bedroom with a wonderful outlook onto the garden.   Hadley Brake accommodation also includes a spacious en-suite.   We welcome children at Hadley Brake B & B. There is a small single room with single bed and an extra fold-up bed if required. 

Self Catering Breakfast comprises of: Tea/Coffee Biscuits, Fresh Orange Juice, Yoghurts, Cereals, Toast & Marmalade, Fresh Fruit.

	Hadley Brake is located very near to the common so many walks can be enjoyed in this beautiful conservation area. We are also about a 10 minute stroll to the town centre and 15 minutes from Sheringham's glorious beach. We have a barbecue available for the use of our guests. A key is provided so that guests can come and go as they please with complete privacy ensured.  Families are made very welcome. This accommodation in Sheringham provides ample secure parking.
	Also Available: Picton Cottage is a detached Norfolk flint cottage, having recently undergone refurbishment throughout.  It has private parking for two vehicles and set within its own secluded gardens. This three bedroomed property has charm and character with all the modern facilities needed for a relaxing stay in Sheringham.  Picton Cottage sleeps 6 and is available all year round at £65 per night.
